Our new product: E6.ESD energy chain series
The new E6.ESD energy chain series is not only made of electrically dissipative ESD material, but is also cleanroom-compatible, low vibration and quiet. Thanks to the ESD material, static charges in the manufacturing processes of electronic components or assemblies are reliably prevented. The E6 series is available with inner heights of 29, 40 and 52mm and can be configured online.

Our new product: ESD-compatible 3D printing materials
Our electrostatically dissipative laser sintering powders iglidur i8-ESD and iglidur i9-ESD are ideal for applications where ESD specification is essential. Use them to prevent damage to electrical components and to produce antistatic components for machines that require ATEX certification. The materials are characterised by high stiffness, which means that the parts deform less at the same load. Like all other 3D printing materials from igus, the ESD powders contain solid lubricants that ensure low friction and eliminate the need for additional lubricants.

Finding the right spare part or identifying the used component may take some time. Technical details, data sheets and instructions are often required for this - if these documents are not available, the time required is extended many times over. With our AI-supported spare parts recognition app, you can identify selected energy chains, cables, linear guides and plain bearings quickly and easily using a photo. You will also receive information about the product that can be forwarded directly to the online shop if required.

Experience a revolutionary way of searching for products with igusGO - our cloud platform with artificial intelligence. Just take a photo of the existing application and igusGO will show you which igus products help to make your application lubrication-free. The app also shows where there is even more potential to improve the technology of your machine and even save costs in the process. You can find out more about applications that have already been solved on comparable machines and go directly to the shop, where you can view further information and order or enquire directly.

We have launched the Chainge recycling platform to make the recycling of technical and industrial plastic very easy. On our platform, you can recycle plastic from both igus products and products from other manufacturers. You also have the opportunity to buy and sell recyclates at our marketplace. The platform is rounded off by our network, which you can join as a recycling partner.
