The basic flizz® is a system for mobile energy supply to scrapers, screens and other clarifiers and hydropower plants. A complete set consists of an energy chain, which is filled with the tried-and-tested chainflex® cable and guided safely and smoothly in a weatherproof stainless steel housing. With the developed moving arm and the smart plastic system EC.P for push-pull force detection, this set is a very good complete solution.

Wastewater treatment without failures at the Plauen sewage treatment plant
The basic flizz® system cable runs safely along the primary clarifier for 53 metres. The energy chain in the housing is suitable for long travel distances and ensures a long service life for the cables. They are guided with a defined bend radius at all times and the energy chain absorbs the resulting tensile forces. This prevents cable-related failures.

Wastewater treatment plants demand a lot from the components used: they are in continuous use, exposed to the weather and come into contact with liquids, grease or dirt. Our intelligent energy chain systems are designed to run reliably for as long as possible under all conceivable conditions.
24/7 condition monitoring in the sewage treatment plant
Wastewater treatment plants run 24/7, 365 days a year. The use of a Basic flizz® system is very suitable for most rectangular clarifiers. The advantage of the system is its modular design and the protection of the energy management system from wind and weather. The flizz® system can be installed either directly on the tank wall or on the floor along the tank.
Additional protection is provided by the smart plastic i.Sense EC.P system (EC = e-chain P = pullforce) for intelligent condition monitoring of the chain. This means that the system switches off proactively and automatically in the event of a fault to prevent total failure.
