Team power in the cleanroom

Together with the e-skin flat, the CFCLEAN forms a strong team for use in the semiconductor industry, display manufacturing or medical technology. In order to make the cable lighter and more flexible, the outer jacket was dispensed with. The e-skin flat performs this function. The CFCLEAN may therefore only be used in conjunction with the e-skin flat. The modular design makes it easy to replace individual chambers or stranded structures.

The advantages of CFCLEAN

By omitting the outer jacket, it is 39% smaller and 43% lighter. We guarantee a service life of 20 million strokes with a radius of 70mm. In the still ongoing test (test 5497), it could currently achieve even an intermediate performance of 50 million strokes.
The modular design makes it child's play to replace chambers or stranded structures. The combination of CFCLEAN and e-skin flat has a Class 1 cleanroom certification.

Wide range also for this cable

In order to meet various requirements, the CFCLEAN has been designed as a data, BUS, control and motor cable as well as a pneumatic hose.
